BULK ORDER PROCESS:  All bulk orders are processed manually on a PRE-ORDER basis, please send an email to cinchcord@bigskymohair.com with a list of item(s) you'd like to order and we will send a manual invoice to you. Payments for bulk orders are required up front and your items are added to our mill order list as soon as your invoice is paid. All bulk orders operate on a 6-8 week turnaround timeline and that timeline begins when your invoice is paid. When we have your cord in hand, we then ship it out to you to the shipping address provided at checkout on your original invoice (we do not check in with you before items ship so please double check your shipping address at checkout or let us know if an address changes after you place an order!). A price list for each ply and color options can be seen at the bottom of this page.

BULK SHIPPING NOTICE- Physical addresses are preferred (NOT PO Boxes). UPS is our preferred carrier for bulk and the cheapest way to ship bulk orders, the shipping calculated at checkout is estimated using general UPS shipping rates. If you provide a PO Box and we have to ship USPS, you are responsible for additional shipping charges for your order. I will reach out before the label is generated to sort out the difference in shipping cost if that is the case.

Update to the Tariff Policy as of 1.1.2026- We have changed our bulk order/tariff policy slightly- we used to include the tariff surcharge up front on the invoice but since we haven't received an additional tariff bill on our last two shipments, we are going to skip the surcharge up front for new orders in 2026.

If something changes on new 2026 shipments, we will send a separate surcharge invoice for your rolls/cones and that would likely happen up to 30-45 days (could be sooner or even slightly longer) from the date we receive the roll but unfortunately there is no pattern with any of it. The goal here is to keep the upfront cost lower and only bill for the surcharge if we receive a bill for it. It will require some flexibility with the potential for a follow up invoice if the shipment does end up having tariffs applied but hopefully helps with lower upfront costs.
